Formed in 2019 from the ashes of The Coriolis Effect and Deathtrip, and featuring current and former members of Lethal Minds and Azrael, Weight Bearer forge a soundtrack to these bleak times from raging hardcore, savage death metal and soaring post-metal.

Ben G - Guitar

Formerly lead guitarist in the Coriolis Effect, Ben also contributes lyrics. Ben plays Ernie Ball strings on PRS, through a Marshall stack and Orange Terror head.

Ben P - Drums

Behind the drum kit is Ben, who previously handled percussion in the legendary Azrael. Ben plays Paiste drums and cymbals.

Chris - Guitar

Chris wrote the majority of material for Weight Bearer. Chris produced, mixed and mastered Watch the Collapse, and plays Ibanez guitars through an Orange rig.

James - Bass

The third member of the Coriolis Effect in the ranks, James handles bass, as well as producing visuals. Ben plays Ibanez through a Sunn stack and an Orange Terror head.

Lek - Vocals

Previously the drummer in Deathtrip, Lek moved up front to take care of vocals in Times of Collapse and now contributes most of the lyrics for Weight Bearer.
